'Bones' exec promises 'real proposal'

The executive producer of Bones has revealed that two of the characters will get engaged.

Stephen Nathan explained that the proposal will probably take place during the February sweeps.

"It is my mission to torture the fans with this one," he told Entertainment Weekly. "There will be a proposal. It will be a real proposal. And it will move things forward in a way that I think the fans will like."

Nathan refused to reveal any more details about the engagement and said that any of the characters on the show could be involved.
