The Fox sci-fi drama - which stars Noble as eccentric Walter Bishop - will draw to a close with a final two-parter on January 18, with UK broadcaster Sky1 simulcasting the show's last outing.
"It's so rewarding to see Walter come this far and to finish things so beautifully," Noble told TV Guide. "I couldn't have imagined it would be so good."
The actor explained that showrunner Joel Wyman has "drawn together elements" from each of Fringe's five seasons for the concluding episodes.
"What Joel has done is remarkable," he insisted. "He's... giving closure to our principal characters with some beautiful moments. It's a masterly effort."
Fringe co-creator JJ Abrams recently described the cult show's series finale as "incredibly emotional".
"I mean, the script is unbelievable," said the Star Trek director. "If it's not satisfying, I don't know what satisfying is."
Fringe returns to Fox this Friday at 9/8c and airs on Wednesdays at 10pm on Sky1.
