According to Entertainment Weekly, the script extract "appears genuine" and sets up the show's premise, following two ex-CIA spies - now married - who are recruited back into the fold when a fellow spy goes missing.
The programme - created by Lost and Fringe producer J.J. Abrams - will star Boris Kodjoe and former Doctor Who actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw as the spy couple.
A similar incident occurred last month when six pages of the Lost finale appeared on Italian site Macchianera.net.
Undercovers is due to air on NBC later this year.
