TV Guide reports that the actress will play a colleague of Stephanie Powell (Julie Benz) in a forthcoming episode.
The character is expected to debut in January and will apparently use her position at Global Tech to hide a secret past.
Mader previously played Charlotte Lewis on Lost and featured in a recent episode of NBC's Law & Order: Los Angeles.
No Ordinary Family airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on ABC.
