The 'Right There' singer joined Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and music executive LA Reid on the judging panel of the Fox competition earlier this year.
Speaking on Lopez Tonight, she said: "We've been taping the past few months... so make sure y'all watch it! We're one big, happy, dysfunctional family!"
Scherzinger also joked about working with Cowell and Abdul, who previously appeared together on American Idol, saying: "I always say LA and I get the front row ticket to the Sonny and Cher Show.
"Simon knows how to get under her skin like nobody else! It's crazy! She starts throwing stuff at him and everything."
The winner of X Factor USA will get a record-breaking $5 million recording contract with Sony Music/Syco, which Scherzinger described as "unheard of in the record industry".

Scherzinger was originally hired to co-host X Factor USA alongside Steve Jones before she was asked to judge following the departure of Cheryl Cole.
Jones recently said that he and Scherzinger had become good friends through working on the show together, saying: "[We've] hit it off big time [and] became very close very quickly."
Scherzinger, who performed new single 'Right There' during her appearance on Lopez Tonight, also spoke about people recognising her in public, admitting that it can be "a little scary sometimes" when she doesn't expect it.
As for the strangest place she has been recognised, she told Lopez that she had been in the middle of a bikini wax in Paris when the waxer told her she was her biggest fan and asked for a photograph.
"I felt so embarrassed!" she laughed. "I was like, 'Can we finish that first before we take a picture?'"
X Factor USA premieres over two nights on Wednesday, September 21 and Thursday, September 22 at 8/7c on Fox.
