X Factor USA's remaining seven contestants will face another double elimination next week, it has been announced.
Steve Jones confirmed at the end of this week's double elimination results show that another two acts will depart the competition on next week's results show (December 1), narrowing the pool to just five.
The Top 7 will take to the stage for the next round of live performances on Wednesday, November 30, in the hopes of securing enough public votes to remain in the running for the $5 million recording contract.
Fans can vote as soon as the performance show has ended in one of five ways: Twitter, Verizon Touch Voting on The Xtra Factor App on Verizon Android devices, toll-free calling, text messaging for Verizon Wireless customers, or online at TheXFactorUSA.com.
Fans with valid Facebook accounts can also vote at Facebook.com/TheXFactorUSA.
This week's double elimination saw Lakoda Rayne, the last remaining group in the competition, and LeRoy Bell exit the show following their Thanksgiving week performances.
Lakoda Rayne were eliminated at the start of the show after it was revealed they had polled the fewest public votes following their performance of 'You Belong With Me' by Taylor Swift.
Bell later had to sing for survival against Marcus Canty when it was revealed they had polled the next fewest public votes, and after the judges couldn't decide who to send home, it reverted to the public vote, which sent Bell home.
The acts still in the running are: Josh Krajcik, Drew, Rachel Crow, Melanie Amaro, Chris Rene, Marcus Canty and Astro.
