'X Factor' USA's CeCe Frey: 'Judges won't give me a break'

The X Factor USA contestant CeCe Frey has admitted she was discouraged by the judge's criticism last night.

Frey's performance of 'Lady Marmalade' on Wednesday's X Factor live show was panned by Simon Cowell, who advised her to "pack a suitcase".

The singer defended her vocals while speaking to reporters after Tuesday's show, telling E! News that she believes her cover of 'Lady Marmalade' went off "without a hitch".

"These judges just can't give me a break to save their life," Frey complained.

She continued: "I think at this point they just enjoy picking on me. If they ever give me a compliment, it's [back-handed]. I never know if I should say 'thank you' or 'screw you'."

Frey has routinely placed in The X Factor's bottom two throughout the live shows, but has been saved each time.

The X Factor continues tonight (November 29) at 8/7c.
