Speaking to The Voice's social media correspondent Christina Milian, she said: "What Cee Lo said that really reeled me in and hooked me was 'I could hear the story of my life in your voice and you could hear your experiences', and talking about me singing classic rock and he doesn't want me singing anything I don't truly feel from my heart."
As for what she expects from Team Cee Lo, she said: "I think theatrics, I think he will push me to places I have wanted to go and haven't yet. I think vocally I will grow as a singer.
"I'm a musician as well so I play instruments and I know I'll get to do that with him and be very creative. I just can't wait to grow as an artist and singer and performer."
