Rager became a member of Team Blake on Monday night (February 20) following his blind audition performance of 'Chicken Fried' by Zac Brown Band, although viewers were only treated to a short snippet of the audition.

Speaking to reporters on a conference call, he said: "Blake just seems like a really humble and really genuine guy. He just seems real and that's why I wanted to work with him more than any other coach."
Discussing his influences, he said: "One of my biggest family influences would have to be my granddad because he's kind of like the rock of our family.
"He's the one that prays before the Christmas and Thanksgiving meals and he's just the guy that everybody goes to - I still go to his house whenever something's bothering me and I can't figure out anywhere to go.
"And also my mum and dad who have been extremely supportive of me. I look up to them because they've been great role models."
