Maroon 5's Adam Levine: 'The Voice revived my career'

Maroon 5's Adam Levine has credited coaching The Voice with reviving his career.

In an interview with Parade, Levine said that The Voice is directly responsible for returning Maroon 5 to the top of the pop charts with 'Moves Like Jagger'.

"We had a reintroduction to the world through the show," Levine admitted to the publication.

He added of The Voice's success: "It's been great!!"

Levine has also branched out into acting by landing roles in Ryan Murphy's second season of American Horror Story and the musical film Can a Song Save Your Life?.

He will also return with Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton for the third season of The Voice, premiering Monday, September 10 at 8/7c on NBC.
