The star is expected to give birth to her and Gerard Piqué's son at any time, but the pregnancy hasn't stopped her from attending Voice auditions in recent weeks.
Shakira spoke about the difficulties of carrying on her Voice duties during her pregnancy in a recent chat with Access Hollywood.
"[It] hasn't been easy, but I have a lot of energy. I can go long hours," Shakira declared. "I'm thrilled to be here and I'm sure he is too."
The 'Hips Don't Lie' singer also discussed potential names for her and Piqué's child with her fellow Voice coach Adam Levine.
"She's going to name the baby Adam actually," Levine teased. "It's a great name. It's a strong name. Strong name."
Shakira then revealed that the name Adam signifies "the first man" to her, with Levine jokingly replying: "It doesn't get much better than that!"
She recently commented that The Voice's upcoming episodes will be the most tense in the series' history.
"Once we are in the process of trying to get a contestant recruited for our team, there's a lot of adrenalin, and there's a lot of tension, but the healthy kind," Shakira said.
The Voice premieres its fourth season in March on NBC.
