Alfie Allen joins HBO's 'Game of Thrones'

The 22-year-old, who enjoys an on/off romance with Jamie Winstone, will reportedly play a character called Theon, the young ward to Sean Bean's lead as battle-weary Ned Stark.
Additionally, Tudors star Tamzin Merchant has been cast as exiled teenage princess Daenerys, while Nikolaj Coster-Waldau will play one of the King's guards, Jamie Lannister, a "ruthless usurper of the previous king".
Iain Glen, Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams have also landed parts.
The pilot for the series, an adaptation of the George R.R. Martin fantasy-book series, is due to be shot in Ireland in October.
