
The one-minute clip, titled 'You Win or You Die', previews the forthcoming second of the fantasy drama based on George R R Martin's novels.
It prominently features Joffrey Baratheon (played by Jack Gleeson), alongside Daenarys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Tyrion (Emmy and Golden Globe award winner Peter Dinklage).
Clarke's character is seen declaring: "I am Daenerys Targaryen and I will take what is mine, with fire and blood."

Season two of Game of Thrones sees a number of new additions joining the cast, including Natalie Dormer as Lady Margaery Tyrell and Stephen Dillane as Stannis Baratheon.
The cast missed out on a Screen Actors Guild award at Sunday evening's (January 29) Los Angeles ceremony, with Boardwalk Empire taking the prize.
Game of Thrones debuts on April 1 on HBO in the US and on April 2 on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
