Actors Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet and Sofia Vergara reached a salary deal in July after seeking a raise to $200,000 (£129,000) per episode from their $65,000 (£41,000) per episode pay.
The cast members rejected an offer of $150,000 (£95,000) an episode and later filed a joint lawsuit in a bid to cancel their seven-year contract for the show.
A finalised deal dictated that each adult cast member be paid approximately $170,000 (£108,000) to $175,000 (£111,000) an episode for the upcoming fourth season, including bonuses.
Sources told Deadline that the highly-publicised negotiations will now be the subject of a new pre-taped Emmys skit.
The video will also apparently mock the Chick-fil-A controversy and feature a surprise star.
This year's Emmy Awards air tonight, September 23 on ABC.
