For one thing, Maggie and Kate have both caught the eye of a handsome stranger, which would be awkward enough even without him being part of Kate's next mission...

Oh, and Dean's at least trying to get over Bridget, but perhaps deciding to pursue an attractive woman on your flight is not the best way to go. In fact, it could end up putting his career on the line. Gulp!
