Three new seasons of Two And A Half Men will reportedly be ordered, while The Big Bang Theory will secure a two-season deal.
The renewal will take Men into its ninth season and Big Bang into its fourth.
The deal is rumoured to be part of a settlement between Warner Bros. TV and CBS following their dispute over Men last year, which resulted in a lawsuit being filed.
The Big Bang Theory currently airs on CBS on Mondays at 8pm, while Two and a Half Men goes out at 9pm.
