The actor, who plays Officer Carl in the sitcom, revealed that he had thought about how the "little family" of shows could come together on screen.

"We're all kind of under the same umbrella because they're all Chuck Lorre shows," he told Digital Spy. "We actually feel like a little family, there's no competition at all. [We're] happy that everybody's doing well. Chuck Lorre's got it on lock over there.
"Wouldn't [a crossover] be cool? I've thought about that. Mike & Molly, we're in Chicago, Big Bang [and] Two and a Half Men [are] in California... a crossover show would be interesting.
"Maybe Mike (Billy Gardell) and Carl become detectives and have to investigate some kind of [crime] and encounter Sheldon (Jim Parsons)."

Asked who his alter-ego would likely bond with in a crossover episode, Wilson suggested: "Probably Kunal Nayyar's [Big Bang] character. I'm sure Raj and Carl would probably hang out a little bit."
Wilson added that Two and a Half Men's "incredible run" of ten seasons had given him hope that Mike & Molly will be around for a long time too.
He jested: "I've been on a lot of shows in my time and I'll ride it for as long as I can."
The Mike & Molly season two finale airs in the UK Monday, June 4 at 9.30pm on Comedy Central.
