Spike TV picks up 'Entourage'
Spike TV has picked up off-network rights to HBO's comedy series Entourage.

The network has acquired all 78 episodes of the series, plus the upcoming sixth season and any future seasons, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Spike TV's John Griffin branded Entourage "the epitome of aspirational television for guys", adding: "Who wouldn't want to hang out with Vinnie Chase and his crew?"

The Adrian Grenier-fronted comedy will launch on Spike in January 2010 after the sixth season finishes on HBO.

Last month, the network announced the renewal of 1000 Ways To Die and MANswers.
