The show will come to an end after its eighth run, which premiered earlier this week.
Chriqui has now admitted that shooting the last scenes of the show was "tough".
"You always anticipate the end, but when it gets there, it's like, 'No way'," she told the Globe and Mail. "Shooting it was a little surreal, but the show defined my career in so many ways.
"As much as I've been acting all my life, I'm known as Sloan from Entourage. The challenge for me now is to become someone different."
Chriqui, who has previously said that she would love to star in a film adaptation of Entourage, also revealed that she has grown close to her co-stars.
"I don't know why, but in my career and in my life, I often find myself in situations where I am the only girl among boys," she said. "But the Entourage guys have been my protectors and my family. They're like my brothers."
The final season of Entourage continues on Sundays at 10.30pm on HBO in the US and on Mondays at 10.50pm on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
