(500) Days of Summer star Zooey Deschanel takes on her first ever regular television role on Fox this fall, starring in new sitcom New Girl. Deschanel will play Jessica, a school teacher who gets dumped and moves in with three guys. The show - which originally boasted the far saucier title Chicks and D**ks - promises to poke fun at sexual politics, and with Deschanel on board, we're hoping for something a bit special!
