Two more join ABC's 'Revenge' pilot

Two more actors have signed up for roles in ABC's pilot Revenge.

The drama, which is inspired by The Count of Monte Cristo, stars Emily VanCamp as a young woman called Amanda who moves to the Hamptons to get revenge on the people who destroyed her family.

Deadline reports that Madeleine Stowe has now signed up to play Victoria Grayson, the matriarch of the family Amanda is planning to attack.

Victoria destroyed the life of Amanda's father, causing Amanda to end up in foster care. She does not know Amanda's true identity when she arrives in town and is very hospitable towards her.

Stowe previously starred in Raines and has worked on movies such as The Last of the Mohicans and We Were Soldiers.

Meanwhile, Henry Czerny will play Victoria's husband Conrad in Revenge. He starred as Norfolk in The Tudors and has had roles in films like The A-Team and Mission: Impossible.

Revenge also stars Gabriel Mann, Connor Paolo, Nick Wechsler and Ashley Madekwe.
