The CW has unveiled a trailer for new drama The Carrie Diaries.
The Sex and the City prequel stars AnnaSophia Robb as a young Carrie Bradshaw, the role originally played by Sarah Jessica Parker.
The series will air in January 2013, replacing Gossip Girl on Mondays at 9/8c once that show has completed its ten-part final run.
The Carrie Diaries also features Katie Findlay, Ellen Wong, Austin Butler and Doctor Who star Freema Agyeman.
