Denton dismisses 'Housewives' rivalry rumours

Desperate Housewives star James Denton has played down reports of rivalry between the main cast members.

The actor, who plays Mike Delfino in the ABC drama, told ITV1's This Morning that rumours of backstage bickering between his co-stars had been widely exaggerated by the media.

"It's insane. It's a pretty fun place to work and I don't know anyone that doesn't get along," he insisted. "It's a good crew."

Last month, Denton admitted that he was surprised by co-star Nicollette Sheridan's decision to leave the show, saying: "I'm totally out of the loop on that...They're pretty secretive, but I did see something about [how she leaves] on the internet, so you never know."
