The Sister Act actress will appear as a police officer with a past connection to one of the women of Wisteria Lane, Entertainment Weekly reports.
"Susan (Teri Hatcher) suspects Katherine (Dana Delany) was the one who attacked Julie (Andrea Bowen), so she gets [a cop] to help her," series creator Marc Cherry told the publication.
"But then she finds out the policewoman went to high school with her - and Susan stole her boyfriend, too! So [Najimy] has been going around the past 30 years resenting her."
The episode featuring the 52-year-old is scheduled to air in late October in the US.
Najimy's long-running cartoon series King Of The Hill, on which she voiced Peggy Hill, recently aired its final episodes on Fox.
