Eva Longoria Parker 'loved being frumpy'

The actress, who plays former model Gabrielle Solis in the drama, explained that she enjoyed not worrying about her appearance.
"I loved being super frumpy because it means that I spend less time in hair and make-up," Showbiz Spy quotes her as saying.
However, Longoria Parker added that fans of the show had complained about Gabrielle's new look.
"I had so much response when I looked like that," she said. "I did not know the kind of response we were going to get as a show with people being angry about me being made frumpy!
"It was just so interesting that people wanted glamorous Gaby."
