ABC has cancelled time-travel police drama Life On Mars, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The show - based on the British series of the same name - will not be returning for a second season. The US version stars Jason O'Mara as Detective Sam Tyler working as a cop in 1973 New York.
The series is expected to complete its 17-episode run with a finale wrapping up the story - including an explanation of how Tyler got transported back in time.
Last year, co-creator Ashley Pharoah revealed how proud he was of the US version of his show.
