'Prison Break' S04E15: 'Going Under'

There's very little immediacy in the episode and too much dithering. We can breathe a huge sigh of relief that Lang fails to shoot the always mesmerising Alexander Mahone, but it took plenty of time - and plot padding - before he launches his escape plan.
The return of Charles Westmoreland in Scofield's surgery-induced visions fails to raise much excitement, being little more than a token gesture to longterm fans of the series. The grand unveiling of the Scylla conundrum seems to have been taken from a very famous noticeboard scene in The Usual Suspects while Lincoln's eventual betrayal of his brother, as he pledges allegiance to The Company, feels very awkward and forced indeed.
As for Sucre's departure, it only serves to remind us of the character's sheer lack of development and exposure in recent weeks. It feels like he left the show to hook up with his beloved Mariecruz ages ago.
Fortunately, the performances within the episode are all highly watchable, especially Michael Rappaport as the slimy Self, and the action is stylishly filmed and edited. The anaesthetic had better wear off before next week, though.

As the eposides go on, If feels like somebody is going to loose there life! I hope that Sucre and Alex can go back on the team also, because with out them it is going to impossible to get Scylla back by only Lincoln.. -Still sad that Bellic gave up his life: (

I think the symmetry with season 1 was pretty good. One brother ruins his life to save the life of another, and the other brother doesn't understand why they would do that.

2 stars? Are you joking? Compared to last season, every episode is 4 stars or above. The Michael/Lincoln storyline is great, could lead to some great things.

Are you serious??!! This episode had its faults but two stars is a joke. The transformation in Lincs character was crazy but worked and it begs the question; is he really betraying Mike or saving him? I agree with the Mahone, Sucre points but the General/Micheal/Linc story is shaping up nicely and the action is getting even better. Not perfect but worthy of four stars; two is ridiculuos!

I thought this was the most gripping episode of the whole season! When Michael died for a few seconds my heart stopped and I was crying, I really thought he was going to die... but just like in the movies, Sara saved him ... it was so amazing! I loved it! And I was suprised to find out what Scylla really is! Amazing episode! Amazing acting!!! Worthy of 5 stars!!!
