S03E06: 'Photo Finish'

The third season of Prison Break has really hit its stride now, especially with a cliffhanger that leaves us gasping for the resolution.

It was only a matter of time before Schofield (and his ever expansive sweat patch) learnt about the grim fate of his beloved Sara. But when Burrows did tell him, there was only a momentary pause for a couple of slow-mo shots to denote his emotional plight before the action suddenly took a wild twist and he challenged his accomplice Whistler to a fight to the death.

Of particular note in this episode is the formidable performance of Jodi Lyn O'Keefe as the nasty Susan. She conveys a matter-of-fact sense of self-awareness at the atrocious acts she's committing, but is prepared to carry them about without hesitation. When she discovers that Burrows has been misleading her about the time of the breakout, you really do believe that she is on the verge of slicing poor LJ's head off. Do not mess with this lady.
