'Galactica' star expects bloodbath
Battlestar Galactica actor Edward James Olmos has accepted that none of the show's characters may survive the final season.

"Basically, if it’s true to form, no one makes it," he told Sci Fi Wire. "I think that people would be shocked, and they'd be hurt, and they would be totally, totally frustrated... but I've got to tell you, that's a truth that people have to realise."

Olmos, who plays Admiral William Adama in the reimagined series, also praised the show for being a "commentary on our times" and the "most worthwhile piece of television" the former Miami Vice star has ever been involved in.

Battlestar Galactica's final season begins Tuesday April 15, 9pm on Sky One.
