Published Saturday, May 31 2008, 15:51 BST | By Ben Rawson-Jones

"I'm ready to move on from Starbuck," Sackhoff told the Philadelphia Inquirer, "and that means all the things that go along with her... after July she is dead - so to speak."
The actress, who recently appeared in the doomed Bionic Woman revival, added that she has a strong desire to "break the sci-fi mould", which involves severing links with the fanbase and no longer appearing at conventions.
Sackhoff has recently secured a recurring role in the next season of plastic surgery drama Nip/Tuck.
