On Galactica, Gaius Baltar is making pirate radio broadcasts denouncing the existence of the Gods. Tyrol is starting to question the circumstances around his wife's apparent suicide. Tory continues to spend more time with Baltar, whose following continues to grow.
At one of his sermons, Tyrol turns up and tries to strangle Baltar after he brings Cally into the equation. Tyrol later puts a gun to his head in his quarters, but is unable to pull the trigger. Later, Baltar visits him and apologises and the pair shake hands.
Meanwhile, Anders is angry to find Leoben getting close to his wife on the Demetrius and attacks him. Leoben tells him about the Cylon civil war and suggests an alliance between his faction and the Capricans. Many feel that Leoben is trying to brainwash Starbuck and is leading everyone into a trap. Erin Matthias checks the docked Raider for tracking devices and is killed when the Cylon ship explodes.
Leoben tells an angry Starbuck that the explosion was not planned and tells her that he can't be resurrected if she kills him. He says that she is an Angel who can save their civilisation. Starbuck subsequently orders the crew to head towards Leoben's Basestar, but Helo and Gaeta both refuse as they believe it is a suicide mission. They try to take over command of the ship from her.
