The Emmy-winning actress will reprise her role as glee club alum April Rhodes for at least one episode, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Chenoweth recently declared her desire to rejoin the musical comedy since guest starring in the September 30 episode.
"I'd love to come back to this show," she said. "The cast is superb and the writing is dead-on. I truly had a blast playing this character."
Glee continues its first season from November 4 on Fox.
