Speaking to TV Guide, the star of the Resident Evil franchise said that she'd jump at the chance to appear on the Fox musical comedy.
"I would go on it in a second! It would be a laugh that's for sure. I'd totally be in Sue's camp, I love her," Jovovich said.
She added: "It's a really inspiring show … I would have been on it without any other guest stars going on, I've been watching it since the day it came out."
Jovovich named Jane Lynch's Sue Sylvester as her favourite Glee character.
The 34-year-old released an album of original songs called The Divine Comedy in 1994. When asked if she would consider singing on Glee, Jovovich replied: "I do sing, not as well as those kids do, but I'm an actress so I just mould."
