The legendary singer passed away at the age of 48 while staying at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles yesterday (February 11).

Her much-loved track 'I Will Always Love You' will be covered by Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones) in the musical comedy's February 14 episode, but a representative for 20th Century Fox has revealed that the instalment may be altered to give more focus to Houston in the wake of her death.
A Glee source told E!: "Yes, we are trying [to do a tribute]. The episode had been locked but we are going back in."

However, it has been speculated that the tribute could amount to a simple title card before or after the episode in homage to Houston.
Riley herself is among the host of celebrities to mourn the loss of Houston, writing on Twitter: "I can't even breathe right now. Not Whitney. I'm in tears right now... I had to pull over off the road. RIP Whitney Houston. I'm glad now that I got to meet you and thank you for your beautiful music."
Referring to the announcement that Jennifer Hudson will pay tribute to Houston at tonight's Grammy Awards, she added: "I would have been honoured to sing a tribute to her at The Grammys but honestly I don't think I would have made it w/o crying."
