'Glee': 'Born This Way' in pictures

Spoilers ahead!

We've heard a few things about the 'Born This Way' episode of Glee, and now it's almost here! What's even more exciting is that it's been extended to 90 minutes, so we get even more Glee for our money. Among the things we can look forward to are a cover of Lady GaGa, a "heavy" storyline involving Karofsky (and blackmail?), Rachel considering a nose job, Emma dealing with her obsessive compulsive disorder and a prom queen battle between Lauren and Quinn! Phew! As if that wasn't enough, Santana apparently has something up her sleeve that could "permanently alter the glee club dynamic". Bring it on!
