The Fox drama, which stars Hugh Laurie, topped a list of fastest-growing pages and most popular media.
The data was compiled by the social networking site based on status updates posted by users.
House reached the number one spot, while Laurie's character Dr. House was named the most-discussed fictional character this year.
Two and a Half Men came second in the list of television shows following this year's cast shake-up, which saw Charlie Sheen fired from the show and Ashton Kutcher hired to replace him.
Sheen himself was the fourth biggest topic discussed on the site in 2011.
The third-biggest television show on Facebook this year was The Simpsons, while Family Guy and South Park rounded out the top five.
Grey's Anatomy, Sponge Bob, CSI: Miami, iCarly and The Big Bang Theory also made the top ten.
Other television characters which appeared in the Facebook list included Entourage's Ari Gold at number nine and Glee's Sue Sylvester at ten.
