Earlier this month, the rapper, who name-checks the HBO show on new single 'Gangsta Luv', claimed that he loves the series and would be "a hell of a vampire".
However, speaking at the Paley Centre for Media, Ball insisted that he will not be looking into stunt casting.
He said that he would "fight to preserve the integrity of the fictional world of True Blood", adding: "Any time you bring in celebrities, like 'Hey! Look! It's Snoop Dog!', I feel like it's going to take us out of the story and it becomes something else so my guess is [it's] not going to happen."
