An unofficial True Blood cookbook is reportedly scheduled for a 2012 release.

The Unofficial Sookie Stackhouse Cookbook is penned by three self-proclaimed "die-hard" fans of the HBO series - Melissa Lowery, Elizabeth Henderson, and JoAnn Mathias.

The book will feature recipes for "Jason's Bourbon Smashed Potatoes," "Tara's Bewitching Banana Souffle" and "Sookie's Steamy Crawfish Etouffee", as well as the "Bite Me Biscuits" inspired by vampire Bill Compton, according to Publishers Marketplace.

True Blood star Jim Parrack last week suggested that he has some "volatile moments" in future episodes of the series, saying that he will become angered by his ex-girlfriend Jessica's (Deborah Ann Woll) relationship with his best friend Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten).

The Unofficial Sookie Stackhouse Cookbook is slated to be published in spring 2012.

True Blood continues to air on Sundays at 9pm on HBO.
