In this week's Supernatural, Sam (Jared Padalecki) continues to suffer from visions of Hell and Lucifer, while Bobby (Jim Beaver) worries that the strain of fighting Cas and looking out for his brother is beginning to take its toll on Dean (Jensen Ackles).
