Light Summary: After a construction worker is killed by insects burrowing into his brain, Sam and Dean investigate the town's history and find that the new housing development is being built on sacred Indian land. The Indians put a curse on the land after their reservation had been ravished and destroyed. Sam and Dean must find a way to survive and kill the deadly swarm of bees, locusts, spiders and beetles.

Full Summary: Oasis Plains, Oklahoma: A gas company working on a development unearths a plague of bugs. When Dustin, one of the workers, falls into a hole, he comes face to face with the critters and meets a gruesome end…

Sam and Dean learn of the mystery surrounding the death and, unsurprisingly, the pair head for Oklahoma…

A quick discussion with Travis, Dustin's work buddy, leads Sam and Dean to the site of the incident. Which brother will go down the hole? A flip of a coin decides.

In a bid for information, Sam and Dean take a trip to Larry the housing developer's home where a BBQ's being held. There, the brothers argue about their past but soon come across new information which puts them back on the trail of the mystery death.

Killer bees and killer beetles are the topic of conversation as the pair return to Oasis Plains.

Elsewhere, another bug infestation leads to yet another death within the housing development. Sam and Dean make their way to the house in question. Will they stumble across a new lead?

Larry's son, Matt, takes Dean and Sam to a place which may help them with their investigations… What's in the woods that will answer their problem?

Sam and Dean continue to jibe each other about their father and their past. When will the pair put their differences aside and continue with their quest? A few home truths put paid to Sam's take on the whole situation.

A meeting with an anthropology professor results in Sam and Dean making their way out to meet a tribesman who may have some answers…. They have a problem on their hands and not much time to sort it out in.

It's not long before the final plague comes to fruition. Can the curse be lifted, or is it too late for all on Oasis Plains? Bug spray anyone?

The following morning, Sam and Dean re-visit Larry and Matt and decide it's about time they, too, found their father…

Brilliant episode SUPERNATURAL is a fantastic show mixing scary stories with sexy folk and managing to throw a little tongue in cheek humour into the mix as well, its like watching a mini teen horror movie every week. Long may this masterpiece continue. Thanks itv2 for bringing us good telly from the USA!

Thank God for Supernatural. On hearing the news that Charmed has been axed I have another cult series to fall back on and from watching my first episode last week I was not disappointed!
