Jackie Earle Haley joins 'Human Target'

Watchmen star Jackie Earle Haley is to join Fox's drama pilot Human Target, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The pilot focuses on Christopher Chance, a mysterious freelancer who offers a unique form of security for hire: he assumes the identities of people in danger, becoming a human target.

Haley will play Chance's information gatherer, who keeps his ear to the ground.

The actor has previously appeared alongside Jude Law and Sean Penn in the thriller All The King's Men.

Pushing Daisies actor Chi McBride has also been cast in the project.
