Katerina Graham has opened up about the future of Bonnie and Jeremy's relationship on The Vampire Diaries.
The actress revealed that Jeremy's (Steven R. McQueen) new ability to see his dead ex-girlfriends Anna (Malese Jow) and Vicki (Kayla Ewell) will cause problems for the happy couple, saying that she does not believe Jeremy got adequate closure in his previous relationships.
"I don't know one relationship where you end it and they're alive and you have closure," Graham told Zap2it.
"At least I've never felt like I've had complete closure with anyone... so already, how much can you get with a break-up?
"But if they never broke up and they just got ripped from you before you had the chance to fulfil that relationship, I doubt that he's got any form of closure."
Graham went on to say that she does not believe the ghosts are there to cause Bonnie any trouble.
"I think they're here to fight for their existence," Graham said. "I don't think Bonnie's really part of their agenda. I think that they, from what I've seen so far, come from a pretty pure place."
Graham previously suggested that her character's relationship with Jeremy could become strained over the course of the third season.
Meanwhile, in August, Ewell revealed that Vicki and Anna are not working together and claimed that the two have different agendas.
The Vampire Diaries airs Thursdays at 8/7c on The CW.
