Fox delays second 'Dollhouse' season

After initially announcing that the second season would premiere on Friday, September 18, it has now emerged that the show will return the following Friday, September 25.
The series has been fraught with delays since the pilot emerged last year.
Season one was initially scheduled to air with 24 on Mondays, but was moved in January to be paired with the now axed Sarah Connor Chronicles on Friday nights.
Creator Joss Whedon was also forced to rewrite the pilot after Fox stepped in with "different ideas" about what the tone of the show should be.
The season premiere of Glee, which originally aired in May, is expected to be rebroadcast in its place.
