'Dollhouse' star reveals plot twist

Dollhouse star Tamoh Penikett has revealed that Agent Ballard will hook up with a leading character in an upcoming episode.

Speaking to E! Online, the 34-year-old said that his character will get passionate with Eliza Dushku's Echo later this season.

Echo and Ballard previously hooked up in the first season of the Joss Whedon-created series after he became obsessed with hunting down her 'real' personality Caroline.

Asked when fans might see a love scene between them, he replied: "I think it's safe to say you're going to see one soon."

He added: "Paul has to drink the Dollhouse Kool-Aid for a bit - I don't know if he's going to continue doing it, though. I think you'll see, over the next couple of episodes, that he's having more and more issues working for the company, but he's kind of stuck in that position right now."
