Beth recently told Extra that Howard adapted effortlessly to his new role on America's Got Talent's judging panel.
"[Howard is the] best judge ever," Beth declared.
She added: "He's having the best time. He is outrageous. He is smart. He is funny. He's just so good and the chemistry between Sharon [Osbourne] and Howie [Mandel] and Howard is just phenomenal.
"I've been to three tapings… Every person that leaves the venue is just in awe of how great a show it's going to be."
Mandel also recently praised Stern's judging style, saying that the radio host manages to be both "edgy" and "compassionate" while evaluating the contestants.
Stern joined America's Got Talent as a replacement for Piers Morgan, who exited the reality competition after six seasons to focus on his CNN talkshow.
America's Got Talent returns for a seventh season on May 14 on NBC.
