Osbourne was asked about her comments directly by Stern and Howie Mandel during an interview with E! News.
"I would never leave you," Osbourne told Stern, adding jokingly: "That's why we're going to CBS to have a late-night talkshow together."
Osbourne's comments then drew a sarcastic response from Stern.
"You're going to stay with AGT. I'm going to American Idol with Mariah Carey," Stern quipped.
Osbourne has served as an America's Got Talent judge since the second season in 2007.
