Stern will be joining Kimmel for his special week of shows filming in Brooklyn.
The controversial shock jock has appeared on Kimmel's ABC late-night series twice before, including a via-satellite chat.
It was recently reported that Stern was mulling over a retirement from radio once his current Sirius XM contract expires in 2015.
Stern joined the satellite company in 2006 after years of battling decency standards on terrestrial radio.
