As an extra twist, the models are in charge of their own hair, make-up and theme. Jaclyn dons boxing gloves to represent 'warrior', while Kasia opts for 'heart' and Molly chooses an ethereal white theme for 'angel wings'. Nigel's less happy, however, with Brittani after quizzing her on what she thinks about in front of the camera, only to be told that she doesn't really think. Meanwhile, Mikaela poses with a weapon for 'warrior paint', but fails to show a variety of poses and Hannah spends too much time focusing on her twirling ribbon for 'spiral'. Alexandria is eventually named the winner for 'Tree Of Life', which sees her standing in a pile of dirt and pretending to be a tree. As an extra treat, she also gets a brand new Ford Focus 2012!
The other models, however, are definitely not pleased by the outcome. Brittani is particularly upset, claiming that Nigel was wrong to pick somebody like Alexandria to be a role model for such a good cause. Alexandria interrupts to say that she can hear, to which Brittani says that she doesn't care. She tells Alexandria that she should have gone home over Monique and a back-and-forth between a generally calm Alexandria and increasingly loud Brittani erupts, although no-one is aware that Nigel is standing nearby and watching everything. Back at the house, Alexandria remains calm and defiant. "I'm strong, I'm alpha, I'm the lioness. I'm getting what I want because I am going to do it no matter what."
The Photoshoot

The models are shot by Miguel Starcevich and styled by Eric Daman, who won an Emmy for Sex and the City in 2002 and currently styles the cast of Gossip Girl. He joins Tyra, Andre and Nigel for panel...

Hannah - Crazy for... Handbags
Andre thinks that she looks "absolutely mad" in her tea party-themed photo, joking that it's almost as though she is trying to sneak away from the party with a bunch of handbags. Tyra calls it "absolutely fantastic" but points out the entire film wasn't strong. She advises Hannah to work on her timing so that she is giving her best when the photographer clicks.
Molly - Crazy for... Accessories
Nigel thinks her photo shot on the porch of the motel is "very cool and interesting", adding that she has sold him the product. Eric points out that Molly was awkward at the beginning of the shoot because of the sheer number of accessories weighing her down, but says that the final shot is great. Tyra agrees there is a great "sensuality and lunacy" to the photo.
Jaclyn - Crazy for... Makeup
Andre calls the picture of Jaclyn clad in a red dress with red lipstick smeared over her mouth "gorgeous, mad, comedic, wonderful, brilliant and very edgy and editorial". Nigel describes it as the best photo of Jaclyn he has ever seen, comparing her to The Joker from Batman. Tyra agrees, and adds that the entire film was full of good pictures to choose from.
Mikaela - Crazy for... Sales
Eric thinks she had a hard time settling into the shoot and finding a high fashion pose in the midst of all the shopping bags, and the final result isn't as good as he hoped. Tyra doesn't think Mikaela went crazy enough, which makes her wonder if she understood the assignment, explaining that they wanted a "certain look of paranoia or being dazed or obsessed".
Kasia - Crazy for... Hair
Andre thinks the shot of Kasia posing in a slip with crazy hair is reminiscent of a "mad socialite at a hair salon in the South", adding that she looks "absolutely deranged". Nigel loves that Kasia's eyes are nearly popping out of her head, adding to the sense of crazy. Eric agrees that her body language is great and likes the risks she took on set.

The disagreement between Brittani and Alexandria at the challenge comes back to the haunt the former during Alexandria's 'Crazy for... Fur' critique (she looks beautiful but lacks the crazy element) when Nigel wants to know what exactly happened. Brittani explains to the judges that the girls don't feel they chose the right role model in Alexandria, saying they see the "true Alexandria" at home, but her explanation doesn't impress anyone on the panel.
Nigel tells her that being that outspoken in front of a photographer and clients was "extremely unprofessional", adding: "There is a reason why we don't know all of Alexandria's business. What you do at home is what you do at home. It's worth bearing that in mind because now I have a different idea about you."
Tyra's even more unhappy. "In terms of sportsmanship what you have done is probably one of the weakest things a role model can do," she tells Brittani. "No matter what you feel inside, if you think somebody is getting something they don't deserve you shut your lips. Especially in front of a client. This is a business. You have to respect the client, you have to respect your co-workers and you have to respect yourself."
Brittani - who has become increasingly upset throughout the judges' criticism - eventually breaks down and runs out of the room. When she returns, she tells the panel that she had a panic attack, and apologises for disappointing them and making herself look bad. Attention then focuses to her photo, 'Crazy for... Shoes', with Nigel calling it "sweet" but suggesting it could be better, and Andre saying it isn't the best but it works because of her emotional eyes.
Elimination

Tyra tells Alexandria that she would have been called sooner if she had more crazy eyes in the photo, and congratulates her for "handling herself well" this week.
Tyra tells Mikaela that the judges think her face is "spectacular" but she lacks intensity in her eyes, while Brittani delivers strong photos but has an "unattractive" attitude. She tells the models that, contrary to what the public think, she is not the only person with a vote, and openly says that she was outvoted this week by the other judges, who wanted to save Brittani over Mikaela. "I have a serious problem with how these judges voted," she tells Brittani. "If it was a monarchy then Mikaela would be standing in front of me and you would be going home... I don't know what you can do that will prove you deserve to be here. It's up to you to figure that out."
