The 19-year-old student from Howard, Pennsylvania, beat out Molly in tonight's finale of this season's high-fashion cycle to grab a spread in Vogue Italia, the cover of its Beauty In Vogue supplement, representation by IMG Models and a CoverGirl contract. She will also be featured on Vogue Italia's website.
"I can't even believe it!" she said in tears. "It doesn't matter where you're from or how you're raised, or what you have to go through. You can do whatever you want if you just put your mind to it.
"I was really close to giving up and it just proves you should never do that because right when you're about to give up something really great happens."
The final week's challenges included a photoshoot and commercial shoot for CoverGirl's LipPerfection Lip Colour which saw the models at the Beldi Country Club in front of three cameras simultaneously, posing for a sexy Vogue Italia fashion spread and walking in a Vivienne Westwood runway show alongside eliminated contestants Kasia, Alexandria and Hannah as well as Anne, the winner of Top Model's last season. Molly was also treated to a visit from her parents, who flew to Morocco to lend their support while Brittani spoke to her mother at home in Pennsylvania via video chat.
Tyra, Nigel and Andre were joined by Mr Jay for the final panel where they judged the girls on the commercial, their CoverGirl photo and the runway walk. The models both debuted new, pixie style haircuts at the final panel.

Nigel thought that Molly's walk was a bit shaky and admitted that it made her look a bit "cheap", an occurrence that Mr Jay attributed to being nervous and thinking too much about what she was doing rather than relying on her confidence. Andre said that she had too much of a bounce, while Tyra appreciated the attitude that her walk implied but advised her to concentrate on her transitions to smooth them out and make them seem more high-fashion.
The panel then moved on to the girls' CoverGirl commercial, with Nigel praising Brittani's "two profiles" and ability to convey two different looks while Tyra loved the "asymmetry" of her face. Mr Jay commended her for stepping on set with a bubbly personality and not becoming frustrated with the difficult task. Nigel had reservations about Molly's shoot as he felt it was "just not CoverGirl", echoing Tyra's claim that it seemed "mean" . However, Jay thought that it was "charming" that Molly was able to recite the script back from memory immediately.
Nigel thought that Molly's photo was "stunning" because of the "soft and gentle" way that the light hit her face. Mr Jay commended her for staying committed to the shot, while Andre said that it should be framed and hung in a salon as it was perfect. Tyra described her look in the shot as "tiger-esque", saying that it seemed enchanting without becoming intimidating.
Eventually, the judges chose Brittani as their winner. "My mum, oh my God, when she finds out that I won, I don't know what she's going to do!" she said tearfully. "I'm a CoverGirl and IMG model and everything I've ever done has finally paid off!"
Molly was disappointed by her loss, adding: "I lost. I wanted this really badly and I failed at the one thing I wanted to do. I'm happy for Brittani and I wish her the best. The first thing I'll do when I get home is going to be is take a nap and then eat a cold sandwich."
However, Tyra comforted her, telling her that while she had not won, she could still have an extremely successful modelling career if she continues to try.
