"I've been performing my whole entire life, trying to break through the shackles of abuse," says Lisa.
Angelea remarks on her difficult past as well, saying: "Things like this do not happen to Angelea. I have come a very long way. I did grow up in an area that was rough, but you don't have to be a product of your environment."
Meanwhile, Allison credits the competition with helping her to become less introverted. "While I may be introverted and shy, I feel like I've come a long way," she explains. "I'm trying to just stay focused and positive."
Lisa names Angelea the toughest competition, though she does believe that Angelea is "still too fragile". Meanwhile, Allison says that Lisa is a "quadruple threat".
Mr Jay tells the final contenders that they will be doing a photo shoot for Covergirl Intense ShadowBlast eyeshadow with photographer Nikos Papadopoulos. The campaign will be part of a national print ad, so the stakes are high, insists Mr Jay. He sends the girls back to hair and makeup.
Mr Jay then tells the girls to not become too reliant on the prompter, encouraging them to let their personality shine through during the shoot.
"I would really love a Covergirl contract," says Lisa. "Bring it on."
Covergirl representative Paige Cali says Lisa has a lot of movement, praising her beautiful photos. Mr Jay says her eyes look "absolutely breathtaking in the ShadowBlast". However, he goes on to chide Lisa on her line delivery, saying that she's not being herself.
Paige praises Allison's enormous eyes, but Allison is struggling with the sun's brightness, admitting that she is unsure if she can complete the shoot. "I feel frustrated with myself," she says.
Angelea wants to impress Paige. Lisa notes that Angelea seems too nervous, adding that's she not ready to be the face of a national campaign.
However, Mr Jay evidently disagrees with Lisa, telling Angelea she's "knocking it out".
The girls then head to a photo shoot for Vogue Italia. Angelea says that she has underestimated Allison, claiming that she is actually her toughest competition.
"The Italian Vogue shoot is the closest to my heart," says Allison. "My first Vogue photo shoot. I'm so happy!" Angelea declares. She goes on to note the importance of the shoot, since she has been in the bottom two four times.
Following the shoot, the girls begin to prepare for the final runway challenge. "Never in the history of Top Model have we had three girls at final runway," Mr Jay says. He goes on to describe the final runway challenge, revealing that it will involve flying and modelling underwater, and then takes the girls to see the dresses they created with Michael Cinco in Week 9.
"I love my dress, it's awesome," Angelea declares.
As the girls get ready to model Michael's creations, Lisa remarks that she is surprised that Angelea is crying. "We haven't even started and you're crying in your makeup?" she asks.
"I deserve to win this, because I'm here to be an inspiration to all different types of people," Lisa continues.
She gets into the pool, noting that she has difficulty seeing thanks to the mask covering her face. She then accidentally swims into the side of the pool, but finally manages to get across the water.
"My train is going everywhere," Lisa says as she marches across the runway in Michael's dress. She ultimately decides to "have fun with it" and dances her way down the runway to applause.
Angelea flies onto the stage, noting that she thinks she did well. "I feel great," she says. "I had a lot of fun. I feel like my personality came out, so I think that I shined there."
"I definitely think that I deserve to win America's Next Top Model," Allison says as she starts her swim. "I'm really nervous this time around because I came so close the first time."
As Allison heads into the flying portion of the runway challenge, she reveals that she is scared of the wind. "I felt like I almost got blown away on a couple occasions," she explains. "I ended up just going with it and having fun."
Once the show is complete, the girls reunite backstage.
"I'm very nervous. I want this so bad," Angelea says, while Allison adds: "I would really love to win." Angelea is not feeling well after the runway show, and Lisa remarks that Angelea's "not settled yet".
The panel, including Mr Jay, Tyra Banks, Nigel Barker and Andre Leon Talley, assembles for a special finale. They make a shocking declaration: Angelea has been disqualified from the competition, but do not elaborate further.
"We wish Angelea the best in all her future endeavors," Mr Jay says.
The panel goes on to judge the two remaining contenders. Allison is first up.
"Allison, I loved you under the water," Nigel says. "But your walk is not your strong point for me."
"The wind is a model's best friend," Tyra adds, referring to Allison's struggles with the strong gusts.
The panel then moves on to Lisa. "Quite frankly, in the water you were a mess," Nigel says.
"The audience loved your performance on the runway, that's something you look for in a true Top Model," Mr Jay tells Lisa.
The panel moves on to the Covergirl shoot. "You couldn't keep your eyes open," Mr Jay says of Allison's shoot, while Andre adds: "I wish that your articulation of your script had been a bit more snappy."
However, Andre loved Lisa's shoot. "I felt that you were selling me a product," he tells her. However, Tyra disagrees.
"I felt that you were fifty percent of Lisa. It felt safe for me," she says.
"Allison has the look, the feel, the soul," Tyra says, adding: "A model's power is her eyes." However, she goes on to note that Allison has to close hers when she is in direct sunlight.
"We have reached a decision," Tyra concludes. The girls are called back in, and she reveals that a video featuring shots of both girls will play.
"There will be one final shot, which will announce who America's Next Top Model is," Tyra tells Lisa and Allison. The video plays, and Lisa is named the first ever America's Next Top Model: All Star.
"My confidence comes from a very vulnerable place," Lisa says. "I feel like the universe finally came around for me. I won America's Next Top Model: All Star. That's pretty cool."
